Athlete Entry Requirements

Within submissions to Sport NI’s Athlete Support Programme, governing bodies are invited to make application for access to services at SINI.

Sport NI will make details of interested athletes available to SINI. SINI staff will then co-ordinate appropriate meetings with governing bodies of sport to determine an athlete’s suitability for SINI.

Normally an athlete’s eligibility for SINI membership is determined by the outcome of the relevant Governing Body’s application to Sport NI’s Athlete Support Programme. However other factors will be taken into consideration.
