SINI staff deliver services to athletes and coaches as part of the Sport Northern Ireland Performance Team.

Staff are organised into units to develop specialist services for Performance Sport and aim to set the pace within the Northern Ireland Sport system.

Staff engage in regular and structured professional development in order to ensure that SINI retains its capacity as a leader in Performance Sport.
