McKillop Wins GOLD at Paralympic Worlds in Record Time

Congratulations to SINI Athlete Michael McKillop who has won GOLD in the T37 800m at the Paralympic World Championships in a world record-breaking time.

Michael’s victory at the Championships in Christchurch came in a time of 1:58.90 seconds, knocking a second of the previous world record.

It is Michael’s second world record of the week, coming hot on the heels of his record-time win in the T37 1500m on Wednesday.

In case Michael was in need of any more reason to celebrate, Thursday also marked his 21^st birthday.
