The Banbridge woman was beaten 3-1 by England's Alison Watters, whom Perry had beaten by the same scoreline at the recent British Open in Manchester.
The 32-year-old, seeded seventh, made more unforced errors than her third ranked opponent in a high quality contest which lasted 53 minutes.
Watters ran out a 11-5, 11-8, 11-13, 11-2 winner in four sets.
Perry battled back well after losing the first two games to overcome a 5-1 deficit in the third which she eventually won with the loss of only two points.
However Watters took just seven more minutes to progress to the last four.
Perry had this to say about the game,
"I'm very disappointed - especially with my start. Alison came out really strongly - it took me a while to get going.
"I think this court suited her more than last week's - it's a bit more dead at the front.
"Yes, I watched the video of our match last week too - but it didn't do me any good!"
