SINI Swimmer Melanie Nocher sets another PB

After clocking 1:03.53 in the morning heats, SINI swimmer Melaine Nocher set a personal best in the semi-finals (1:02.60) in the semi-final but it was 1.46 seconds outside qualification for the final.
