SINI extends sympathies to the Harte and McAreavey families

The Sports Institute Northern Ireland wishes to express its deepest sympathies to the Harte and McAreavey families on the death of Michaela.

Sport makes Northern Ireland a small place and everyone within the sporting community has been shocked and saddened by the tragic events of recent days.

As a staff and on behalf of our athletes we extend our deepest condolences to both the Harte and McAreavey families on their tragic loss of a vibrant and obviously much loved young woman.
