Advice is also available for those who are thinking about a future career and pursuing further qualifications / training by exploring their own strengths and interests, in preparation for life after sport.

Transitional / Lifestyle Management

Today’s high performance athlete needs a high degree of self-management and professionalism. For athletes undergoing transitions, guidance is available on decision-making, dealing with change and options surrounding how to successfully achieve a sport-life balance that is unique to them. Transitions involve athletes who are making the move from junior to senior competition, dealing from injury, relocating, starting college / university, changing coaches or nearing the end of their sporting career.
