Sports

Currently the Sports Institute offers support and services to 4 core sports. In each of these sports the governing body has obtained Sports Council Lottery Funding to appoint a performance manager. This person is responsible for managing the development of individuals nominated by the governing body as Institute athletes.

The Sports Institute also makes services available to athletes funded under the Sports Council Lottery Fund, Talented Athlete Programme and 'Scholared athletes' identified by the University of Ulster.
